Come join in some fellowship and get some exercise in, as you walk around the gym at the FLC. Great exercise when the weather's bad outside! How many laps around the FLC Gym make a mile?..... come join us to find out! Everyone is welcome!

Aerobics

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:45-6:45pm in the FLC Gym

Our instructor, Lyn Sporleder, leads everyone in a great workout of aerobics and kick-boxing. A great workout is guaranteed, so come and get the sweat rolling. A donation of $2 per session is requested each workout time, to help pay the instructor. See ya there.

Adult Dodgeball

Hey old guys (or gals)- come meet the rest of us on Thursday nights at 9:00pm as we revert back to the playground days with a fun and wild session of Dodgeball! Adults only over the age of 18 please.... we don't want the youngsters to make us older folks look bad. Seriously- it's a fun time for everyone. Come join us!

Free Movie Nights

Come and see Hollywood blockbuster movies on the HUMC bigscreen! All kinds of movies are shown, from comedys, to classics, to dramas and westerns. There is something for everyone. These movies are family friendly, so bring some some snacks, your blankets, a lawn chair, or a pillow to crash on the gym floor- and enjoy the movie!

The girls are gathering, clipping and pasting their photos, and getting all their stuff together on Thursday nights at 7:00pm! Come and join us for some fun and cute things to make those photo memories special! Bring your supplies, snacks to share and anything else that will make this a fun and creative night with other scrapbookers!
